Yes. We manage end to end event promotion, including website landing pages, email marketing sequences, social media campaigns, media releases, pull up banners, media walls and printed handouts.
Absolutely. We manage outreach and coordination for key speakers, trade stand exhibitors and prospective sponsors, including drafting sponsorship packages and managing deliverables.
We recommend reaching out at least 12 weeks prior to your event date to allow sufficient time for strategic marketing, ticketing setup and print production. Keep in mind that we often operate at full capacity with a waitlist.
