Thrive Stars is a collective of individual professionals and consultants who recognised the need for an integrated, simple measure for organisations to contribute to societal growth and national advancement. In 2023, they launched their business and required a one page website to outline their unique business model. Unlike other measures based solely on employee attraction and retention, Thrive Stars' model combines employee, community and stakeholder feedback to adapt to constantly shifting expectations. The Squarespace website showcases Thrive Stars' rating tool, value proposition, purpose and contact details. Upon visiting the website, users are greeted with the brand's blue shades and the logo's five blue shooting stars.
