What is a va?
VA is the abbreviation for Virtual Assistant. A Virtual Assistant provides professional administrative, technical, or creative (social) assistance to clients remotely.
Who will be working on my tasks?
Mint Agency are dedicated to providing our clients with the most productive and efficient service possible. In order to live by this, each individual task is allocated to our most experienced and efficient team member in that area.
How much do you charge?
We offer an hourly rate for ad hoc tasks and 2 pre-purchased monthly packages at a discounted rate. Package 1 is 10 hours a month. Package 2 is 20 hours a month. Visit our pricing page for more information.
How do you manage passwords?
All passwords and access to other confidential material are held in strict confidence within Mint Agency's secure LastPass account. Passwords can be shared via a LastPass link if you also utilise LastPass or any other method deemed safe and secure is accepted. Our team have access to passwords within LastPass but only our Director has access to view the encrypted passwords. Client passwords are not saved to our computers, only LastPass. This gives the Mint Agency the ability to control your personal details within one central system.
