Mint Agency founder Lisa Morey has a truly unique blend of experience and skills that have enabled her to become the force behind her virtual assisting business. With over 27 years in the workforce, a mother, and wife of a small business owner, Lis knows every trick and hack there is for helping things run more smoothly.

Over the course of her professional life, Lisa has worked in a variety of administrative and accounting-based roles across industries including retail, hospitality, real estate and digital marketing. Many of these roles have included project management and/or managerial positions. Lisa’s combined experience has given her insight into the pressures of running a business, in addition to understanding the benefits that excellent customer service and well-organised systems can bring to small to medium-sized businesses.

In 2019, Lisa helped her husband successfully make the transition from working his day job to running his own lucrative small business. As her husband’s Chief Operations Officer, she soon realised that her own background and experience had primed her for this, not everyone trying to run a business could say the same.

Lisa found she was often approached for her advice – both formally and informally – by other small business owners, or by those who may be looking to start one. People needed experienced advice from someone with the know-how across a variety of operational business matters: streamlining systems, productivity, accounting, staying organised, software, recruiting.

Lisa realised that lessons don’t always need to be learned the hard way – costing time, money, experience or other precious resources. What was needed was virtual assisting, and Mint Agency was born. (Still not sure what Virtual Assisting is?)

Hi, I’m Lisa. Welcome to Mint Agency!

Over my 27 plus years in the workforce, I’ve been very fortunate to gain experience in a wide range of industries such as retail, hospitality, dental, real estate, transport, accounting and digital marketing. Over the past 15 years, I’ve been in managerial positions so I totally understand the pressures of running a business. I have also witnessed first hand the benefits gained when a business is well-organised with the right systems and procedures in place. Not only do your clients/customers benefit from excellent, consistent customer service, but your in-house productivity also improves along with the overall morale within the business.

With my experience, attention to detail, reliability and self drive, I am confident Mint Agency’s services will benefit small business owners across many industries.

Hi, I’m Davina.

Lisa and I worked together many years ago at an accounting firm in town and have remained friends ever since (poor Lisa ha). I have always had a passion for accounting and administration roles along with a strong focus on providing friendly customer service. I’m very fortunate to have worked with some amazing accounting professionals since I was 16 years old.

With over 20 years of experience working for accounting firms and in administration roles for TAFE NSW, I believe my knowledge and strong work ethic will benefit Mint Agency’s clients who are seeking bookkeeping and administrative support.
