Why I started mint.ed.
A Note from Lisa
Over my 30+ years in the business world, from working for small business owners to networking across the region and now running my own agency, I’ve noticed a recurring theme. Small business owners often feel deeply alone.
There is a common sense of impairment or even shame when it comes to outsourcing or hiring help, as if needing support is a sign that you can’t handle your business on your own. Many owners look at those around them and assume everyone else has it all together. But I know firsthand that what you see from the outside looking in rarely reflects the full reality behind the scenes.
I started this podcast to assure you that you are not alone. Someone else has been exactly where you are today.
I am a firm believer in not reinventing the wheel. I’m about working smarter, not harder and finding the most efficient path forward without ever sacrificing the customer service that defines your brand.
Because Mint Agency consistently runs at full capacity, often with a waitlist, I wanted to create a space for those of you who are currently navigating the journey on your own or waiting to outsource. This podcast is designed to fill that gap, to give you a place to feel heard, to relate to others and to gain the reassurance you need to keep moving forward.
Business is hard. It is hard for everyone. On the difficult days, I encourage you to reflect back on your "Why." If that reason still rings true, then you are exactly where you deserve to be.
